- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships that are aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Drive deals to closure, maintain relationships, do regular follow-ups, manage contract negotiations, and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
- Support the development of the ecosystem by actively sourcing, onboarding, and supporting projects that align with the company’s vision, ensuring long-term growth and strategic value.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads, partners, and strategic initiatives with clear categorization based on partnership size, priority, and timeline.
- Make the CRM the central source of truth for all business development efforts, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting and business development insights.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored for Web3, ensuring alignment with product development, marketing, and ecosystem growth objectives.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and prospects to refine product offerings and market positioning.
- Follow industry trends, keep an eye on competitors, and provide insights to enhance the overall strategy.
