Requirements:

• Proficiency in AI-driven design and image generation tools, with a background in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms
• Strong illustration or design background, with a portfolio that demonstrates creative sensibility and storytelling
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools)
• Experience in managing soundscapes or integrating voices for immersive content experiences
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
• Goal-orientated, ownership and commitment

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and production of original AI characters and surrounding content, using AI-driven tools to create unique and visually engaging narratives
• Utilize Stable Diffusion and prompt engineering to expand the team’s creative capabilities and streamline content production
• Experiment with innovative approaches to redefine and elevate the potential of AI-generated content
• Edit videos to ensure high-quality outputs that align with brand guidelines and narrative goals
• Manage the addition of soundscapes or voices to enhance immersive experiences
• Take ownership of the creative vision and aesthetic choices for content projects
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align creative decisions with business objectives
• Act as a thought leader in visual storytelling, ensuring high standards of creativity and originality
• Establish and refine workflows to increase the efficiency and output of the AI-driven Content team
• Continuously explore new tools and techniques to enhance the quality and scalability of visual content production
