Requirements:

Proven leadership (including people management) experience as a manual software tester.
Proven automated testing experience i.e. create manual test plans and script automation.
Proficient in executing software test cases.
Knowledge/Experience with Katalon Studio (automation tool) or Selenium.
Knowledge/Experience of performance testing (K6 or JMeter).
Excellent communication skills. We have English speaking customers and need proven English skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge/Experience in either Azure DevOps or JIRA.
Experience using SQL Server (running queries).
Some experience dealing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

Working with other team members to analyse system functions and review functional and technical specifications to deliver test plans and test approach.
Mentor and monitor junior QA resources, empowering them to learn best practices and continue to deliver QA output to the highest standards and Quality.
Successfully manage the completion of project System Test cycles and Integration tests capturing associated objective evidence.
Feeding back to development to help to resolve system issues and bugs.
Supporting customers through their User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycle to successful delivery of projects and functions to Production / Live.

🔧 Requirements

At least 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Experience in quality assurance testing for web applications and software products.
Comfortable with major operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, and related major browsers.
Experience defining tests and reviewing test results with BrowserStack and similar tools.
Ability to write detail-oriented test plans and test cases for manual testing.
Strong critical thinking, user empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail.
