Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Manage and cultivate a high-performing remote sales team of 3-4 sales mangers. You will be responsible for building a culture of excellence, motivating your team to achieve and exceed sales goals, and ensuring they are consistently developing their skills to maximize potential. Create a supportive environment where individual strengths are nurtured, and team collaboration is prioritized for success.
  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Own and drive the sales strategy for our team to drive strong sales growth. Ensure your managers are meeting or exceeding sales targets by designing and executing effective team strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM), Operations, and Enablement teams to align on sales goals, provide data-driven insights, and refine systems and processes that empower the team to manage and grow sales.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to measure your managers and your reps performance, identify areas of improvement, and iteratively design processes that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Team Development and Training: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure that your managers are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to succeed and achieve their team targets. Establish clear development pathways and ensure that every team member has the tools they need to grow in their manager roles.
  • Performance and Accountability: Establish clear performance metrics and regularly monitor progress, holding your managers accountable to individual and collective sales goals. Provide regular feedback, support, and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors and outcomes.
