Requirements:
  • Proven contract negotiation skills with Enterprise and Government customers.
  • Experience within the software technology and services industry is highly desired.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Professional business communication skills relating to external customers, sales teams and senior leadership is ideal.
  • Complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Conga Contracts and/or SalesForce a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and be flexible.
  • Must be able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable with repetitive actions and volume of contract processing.
  • MS Word and Outlook proficiency required.
  • Familiarity with procurement and sourcing processes a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • Contract Management Certification is a plus, though experience reading and creating contracts from a template is more important to this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Draft software sales and services agreements based on standard contract principles.
  • Draft reseller and software use agreements as necessary for global channel partners.
  • Review existing contracts, purchase orders, and proposals to facilitate writing new orders.
  • Update customer files with contract data.
  • Create, track and manage changes outside of the standard agreement terms.
  • Ability to create contract variations based on prior agreements.
  • Use MS Office, SalesForce, Conga, and SharePoint to track and manage contracts.
  • Provide back-up to other team members, including Director of Global Contracts, as necessary.
  • Negotiate acceptable terms and conditions as necessary, keeping in mind company’s risk profile and intellectual property.
  • Coordinating tenders and RFP responses in a project manager role, while also ensuring proposals meet InEight’s risk compliance requirements.
  • Drafting contract notices and termination letters.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 procedures and US trade and export restrictions.
