Requirements:
  • 3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or SDR/BDR roles within SaaS, AdTech, or eCommerce.
  • Proven experience implementing RevOps strategies, especially using HubSpot CRM.
  • Track record managing ABM campaigns and agency/partner ecosystems.

  • Design and execute ABM campaigns to target strategic eCommerce brands and agencies.
  • Foster relationships with marketing agencies to drive adoption through co-marketing, account mapping, and partner enablement.
  • Deliver engaging demos of Northbeam’s attribution and analytics capabilities tailored to customer needs.
  • Support the sales team with RevOps insights, collateral, and lead intelligence to boost conversion.
  • Monitor partner-driven metrics, track campaign ROI, and deliver performance reporting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless experience for clients and partners.
