Responsibilities:

- Leverage Triple Whale, Motion, and other tools to analyze campaign performance and guide creative decisions.
- Build and manage campaigns across Meta and other platforms, such as TikTok and Pinterest.
- Provide creative direction, ensuring campaigns align with audience preferences and business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative performance.
- Take full accountability for client campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency are met.
- Communicate results and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
- Share insights and learnings with the broader team to foster continuous growth and innovation.
- Manage and optimize 4-6 Meta Ads accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $350,000 across all accounts.
- Provide strategic oversight for campaigns on emerging platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.
- Use tools like Triple Whale and Motion for campaign analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on creative and funnel strategies.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for account performance.
