Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on global recruitment in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience recruiting in APAC, EMEA, and NOAM
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple regions.
  • Strong sourcing abilities, with a track record of successfully attracting passive talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with global employment laws and compliance.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferably Greenhouse) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for employer branding and a keen understanding of the importance of candidate experience.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across different regions
  • Attract passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote our employer brand through social media and other channels, positioning Zone & Co. as a top employer in the SaaS space.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize the hiring processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with global employment laws and regulations, particularly in regions where Zone & Co. operates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs by fostering relationships with potential candidates and industry networks.
  • Leverage recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
