Responsibilities:
  • Leading and mentoring a PR, Comms, and Content team to think big, act boldly, and deliver outcomes

  • Driving proactive media opportunities and building thought leadership for key spokespeople
  • Using our first-party employment data to power original, insight-driven storytelling
  • Overseeing content strategy across owned and earned channels (including newsroom collaboration) to support SEO, funnel progression, and reputation
  • Reporting on performance, trends, and ROI to share progress and optimise efforts
  • Owning execution and ensuring the team delivers against plans effectively and at pace
