Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and consistently exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and attract new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and existing contacts

  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads and engage with potential clients in the FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors
  • Recruit and develop partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), creating incentive and support programs
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to expand the professional network
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights
  • Track sales activities, maintain detailed records in CRM tools, and prepare performance reports
