Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position for 1+ years
• Knowledge of sourcing tools, such as ATS, LinkedIn (Recruiter, Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Desire to study new trends, delve into the areas of our products and develop in the topics related to them
• Developed systematic and analytical thinking
• Attention to detail, proactivity and the ability to think outside the box
• High level of communication skills for effective interaction with both candidates and internal teams

Responsibilities:

• Search and attract leading specialists who can become our lecturers
• Use various tools and platforms for effective sourcing
• Develop and implement candidate search strategies
• Analyze the market, study trends and identify opinion leaders: top companies, bloggers, stars in different niches
• Maintain and update the ATS system to ensure accurate analytical data
• Form and support sourcing documentation
• Together with the team, improve existing processes and develop new ones aimed at improving efficiency and achieving better results
