- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with user behavior analysis tools (e.g., Hotjar).
- Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Solid understanding of how data flows across different digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on A/B tests.
- Conduct daily Hotjar analysis.
- Generate and deliver weekly reports on key conversion metrics.
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of tracking solutions.
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards.
- Manage and execute tracking requests.
- Analyse data to identify trends.
- Develop hypotheses, design and execute A/B tests.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
