Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions in the supply chain management domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, including renewal and upsell business.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or coaching role, guiding a team to achieve collective goals is desirable, but not essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and exceed personal sales targets, driving new logo acquisition, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities capable of exceeding assigned quota.
  • Design and execute effective strategies for renewals, upsell, and churn mitigation, ensuring long-term client relationships and revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations and contract execution in collaboration with internal legal and finance teams.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales team (3 direct reports), helping them to hit their quotas and prepare for future opportunities within the company.
  • Regularly review sales team performance, providing guidance and support on key deals, processes, and client interactions.
