Requirements:
- A Medical Doctor degree from an Indian university
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in communication, project management, or working with NGOs (e.g. student organizations)
- Willingness to travel (40%) and to attend conferences with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and implement structure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop a profound understanding of medical students and physicians in India and strive to expand AMBOSS’s presence at Indian medical schools
- Build strong relationships with medical universities across India and lead conference presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings in the region
- Manage our AMBOSSadors and key student contacts at the universities and collaborate with key opinion leaders, students and medical societies
- Design and implement strategic outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics for all channels and plan quarterly reviews
- If relevant, create and manage content material to help tailor us to the Indian market (e.g. country-specific study guides and plans)
