Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS design, with a strong focus on marketing and brand design.
  • Ability to work within a design system, maintaining organized files for collaboration.
  • A user-first mindset with solid understanding of UX/UI principles and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Evolve and refine our brand identity, ensuring that all design elements align with the company’s vision and mission while staying fresh and relevant in the market.
  • Design for the entire customer journey, from discovery to product purchase—creating assets for our marketing website, new landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, social media, branding campaigns, and more.
  • Design and maintain our marketing website, ensuring brand consistency across all pages, aligning designs with the product experience, and optimizing for conversion through user-centric design and clear calls-to-action.
  • Produce high-quality visuals for promotional materials, including event branding, roll-ups, and print assets, ensuring brand cohesion across online and offline channels.
  • Create and edit video content for social media, YouTube, and other channels (e.g., tutorials, interviews, product demos) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Design high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing documents that help the sales team effectively communicate our value proposition and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to develop visually compelling assets that align with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
  • Support internal teams, such as People or Leadership, with occasional design requests.
