Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Klaviyo campaigns and flows
- Strong understanding of Klaviyo segmentation and audience targeting
- Ability to design Klaviyo templates and creative assets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, build, and deploy promotional campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels using Klaviyo
- Ensure campaign messaging and offers are consistent throughout the eCommerce experience
- Plan and schedule customer incentives such as coupons, sales promotions, and loyalty program boosts
- Monitor and optimize automated flows to improve performance
- Analyze campaign data, summarize key takeaways, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with the creative team to design templates and assets for campaigns
