Demonstrable experience in growth hacking, performance marketing or growth-focused roles, preferably in marketplaces, SaaS, or wellness/beauty industries.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), A/B testing platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Iterable), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meltwater) and Outbound Sales tools (Outreach, Salesloft, auto/predictive dialers) and social media automation (Phantombuster, ManyChat).
Strong analytical mindset: Ability to dive deep into data to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.

Design and implement growth activities that incrementally drive acquisition, user engagement, and marketplace revenue growth within core cities in the mentioned markets.
Leverage a range of unconventional, low-cost, and scalable tactics across various marketing channels and customer touch points to rapidly grow the marketplace locally.
Identify new growth opportunities and leading the delivery of innovative local marketing campaigns.
