Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in English and native Arabic is required.
  • Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively receives new complaints.
  • Resolve complaints and escalated complaints.
  • Learn from member complaints.
  • Propose enhancements to complaint handling processes.
  • Provide consistent and appropriate advice and coaching.
  • Serve as point of contact for client services.
  • Attend client meetings to represent Member Experience when required.
  • Create and present client-facing reports
