Requirements:

- Proven ability to build effective relationships across diverse cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similarly analytical, fast-paced financial roles (e.g., investment banking, consulting, or high-growth tech).
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary FP&A partner for our Base and Developer product groups, shaping financial strategy for teams that are building onchain applications, infrastructure and tooling.
- Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis that directly informs executive decision-making.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and resource allocation, in partnership with many cross-functional teams including Business Operations, Data Science, Accounting, HR, and Investor Relations to identify risks and opportunities and explain performance.
- Support critical financial activities including month-end close processes, preparation of materials for quarterly earnings calls, and capital management.
