• At least 2 years experience in FP&A or a similar fast-paced finance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing monthly budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting support to multiple stakeholders, including business unit leaders.
• Working with HR to forecast headcount needs.
• Conducting monthly budget reviews and annual planning exercises.
• Leading deep dives into particular expense or revenue lines to understand their drivers.
• Supporting month-end close processes and quarter earnings call preparation.
