Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer. A technical leader who has led complex, cross-departmental projects that impact critical business metrics
  • 4+ years of experience working across B2B Growth product engineering teams. Familiarity with experimentation, data-informed decision making, hypothesis design, and customer empathy
  • Able to lead a full stack development team
  • A proven track record of delivering high impact products
  • Capable of designing, implementing, testing, and launching complex product and infrastructure changes across the entire stack
  • Strong ability to deliver through others as well as doing hands-on work
  • An adept communicator and has experience working with many different teams and stakeholders, and updating executives
Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to make more advertisers successful on the platform by acquiring, activating, and retaining monthly active advertisers
  • Build and enhance the correct technical foundations for the business, including choosing the right tools and technologies and working with other teams towards a shared engineering vision
  • Lead projects from concept, design, implementation, to rollout, ensuring the highest quality and performance.
  • Bring in ideas to solve our ambitious growth goals for the platform
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, product marketing managers, data scientists, sales, marketing, Consumer (reddit.com) teams, and more to solve problems for SMB advertisers end-to-end.
  • Mentor staff engineers and leaders, share industry knowledge, and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
