Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all team members.
  • Act as a trusted resource for team members, addressing questions, and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and team members concerns and grievances, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

  • Drive and support the launch of our new business resource groups, partnering with our advisory board to promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility.
  • Manage day-to-day office needs, including issuing access cards, coordinating parking, ordering supplies, and assisting with occasional in-office events to ensure a smooth and welcoming workplace environment.
