Requirements:

2+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software and technology subscription agreements;
Ability to manage a high volume of contracts;
Superior business acumen with an unrivaled commitment and deep-seated need to provide responsive client service to our teams and get things done; approaches responsibilities with a business friendly and pragmatic mindset while maintaining a commensurate balance of risk;
Proficient with contracts management software (Ironclad preferred);

Responsibilities:

Draft and review the company’s contracts and provide general transactional support across the organization with a heavy emphasis on sales while adhering to department service levels and company policies and procedures.
Maintain an organized contracts repository to help the Legal Department operate efficiently;
Manage e-signature process for the contracts team;
Establish the proper processes and procedures to ensure contracts are always provided prompt attention. Create tracking mechanism and prepare documentation, reports to support contract management activities;
Assist with other contracts projects, including contract process and management efficiencies, improvements, innovation, and training.
