Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal, paralegal, or contract administration role
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, PPRA, COPPA) and basic procurement guidelines

  • Assist in managing the digestion process and organization of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
  • Assist the Contract Administrator with Standard Service Order requests and the completion of compliance forms
  • Share ideas for enhancing the efficiency of our contract-related workflows
