Requirements:
  • At least 6+ years of consumer product management experience
  • Has worked in product teams and has launched consumer facing products for consumer tech companies
  • High Data fluency, knows SQL, and at a tactical (e.g. A/B testing) and strategic (e.g. feature estimations, sizing) level can be relied to inform crisp decisions
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Subreddit Success on Reddit, and earn buy-in from executive leadership as well as the team.
  • Be a strong voice that advocates for Moderator’s success and have a point of view on how to make them successful.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to launch features, that accelerate the number of thriving communities on Reddit
  • Understand Reddit and what makes communities and moderation successful.
  • Form clear product insights on what needs to happen to increase the probability of success for communities.
  • They lead your team to implement those insights to tangible product systems and features.
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams (Community, i18n, Growth, Governance, Moderation, Communications, Policy, etc.) to get alignment and successfully launch high quality experiences that are well received from Reddit’s user base.
  • Dive into the data, conduct detailed analysis and guide the team’s roadmap via data driven decision making.
