Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in website optimization, UX/UI, CRO, or a related role
  • Experience working with a complex, global website.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and website governance tools (e.g., AB Tasty, Dubbot Google Optimize, Monside, Optimizely, Silktide, VWO).
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, SEMrush, or similar toolsets.
  • Familiarity with web design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not a developer role, but enough to communicate effectively with dev teams).
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot, WordPress).
Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy for continuous improvements, ensuring an intuitive, high-converting user experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Ensure site speed, mobile usability, and accessibility meet industry best practices.
  • Monitor key website performance metrics (e.g., bounce rate, time on page, conversion rates) and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify friction points in the user journey and propose solutions to improve website usability and engagement.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to enhance the visual and functional aspects of the website.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimization of French, German, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish site localization
  • Use heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to understand user behavior and refine the website experience.
  • Implement and optimize lead generation forms, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement changes and enhancements.
  • Partner with content, SEO, and demand generation teams to align web updates with marketing goals, and to follow conversion paths all the way through.
  • Regularly audit the site for outdated content, broken links, and missed optimization opportunities.
  • Stay updated on web trends, CRO best practices, and competitor benchmarking.
