Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product design, working across the entire design process.
- Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to execution with measurable results.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of design systems and how to maintain them.
- Experience conducting user research and leveraging insights to drive design decisions.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes to test and communicate ideas effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and typography.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Driving end-to-end design processes, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
- Lead research efforts to deeply understand user needs and translate insights into design improvements.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for key product features.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring designs to life.
- Utilize user testing and experimentation to refine designs and ensure usability.
- Owning the usability and accessibility of all designs, ensuring they are intuitive, functional, and meet industry best practices.
