Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Testlio’s presence in the AMER  region, aligning with Testlio’s objectives.
  • Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to shape strategic initiatives.
  • Build and lead a diverse, high-performing sales team you can inspire and mentor to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Own the AMER sales quota, driving significant new business growth while nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals with engineering, product, and business leaders across industries.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM usage and data accuracy for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with the marketing, delivery, operations, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • Champion the voice of our customers, providing feedback to enhance Testlio’s offerings.
  • Establish scalable processes to manage a geographically dispersed team effectively.
