Responsibilities:

• Provide step-by-step coaching on how to build and execute a successful pre-opening membership sales campaign.
• Help franchisees implement local marketing, community outreach, and digital strategies to generate awareness and demand.
• Coach franchisees on best practices for selling memberships before opening, maximizing pre-sale revenue, and creating a strong member base.
• Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue goals, adjusting tactics as needed for success.
• Provide coaching and hands-on training to local membership consultants and owners to enhance their sales skills and closing techniques.
