Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in adtech sales, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising, specifically in audio and video formats.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to media agencies and publishers within the DACH region.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising technology, particularly in the audio and video sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the media landscape, including relationships with media agencies and publishers.
  • A strong network of contacts within media agencies, and audio/video publishers across the DACH region is essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, managing time effectively and driving results with minimal supervision.
  • Experience collaborating remotely with senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of generating revenue in the DACH region, B2B Enterprise sales
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with media, creative, production agencies, audio and video publishers, DSPs and creative adtech vendors across the DACH region.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on accelerating revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and company sales goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and publishers to understand their needs and position Audiostack’s solutions effectively.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while consistently seeking new business opportunities.
  • Work independently to manage your sales pipeline and clients, while collaborating with senior commercial leadership for strategic alignment and support.
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights on market developments to the remote senior management team.
  • Contribute to AudioStack's scale-up journey by identifying new revenue streams, accelerating client acquisition, and helping AudioStack accelerate our already known presence in the DACH region.
