Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding successful candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms, and screen potential candidates through interviews and assessments.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools, especially within the online gaming industry.
- Utilize ATS to track and manage candidate data and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes.
- Assist in building and promoting employer branding to attract high-quality talent within the gaming industry.
