Requirements:

  • Proficient in using online sourcing platforms, ATS, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup, managing time effectively, and collaborating across different time zones.
  • Strong knowledge of interview techniques, talent assessment, and employer branding strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms, and screen potential candidates through interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools, especially within the online gaming industry.
  • Utilize ATS to track and manage candidate data and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes.
  • Assist in building and promoting employer branding to attract high-quality talent within the gaming industry.
