Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Passionate about engaging with and delighting users.
• Have a curious mindset, excited to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, and possessing a strong bias for action.
• Detail-oriented with a strong passion for problem-solving.
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and act as a self-starter.
• Familiar with common metrics used determine business growth metrics such as retention and churn.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the success of our Partner acquisition efforts by building and experimenting with a growth playbook.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to create programs, such as referrals, field marketing, to build a robust pipeline of qualified Partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational growth initiatives and contribute to process improvement and efficiency.
• You will support our new product line, gather and analyze data to evaluate the success of operational initiatives and provide actionable insights.
• You’ll work with highly motivated team members who encourage new ideas, feedback and collaboration.
