Bioinformatics Intern

Final-year bachelor’s student in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biology or a related field. Proficient in English Basic knowledge of Python, machine learning and data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn). Problem solving Experience visualizing and manipulating big datasets

Collaborate with Loka’s engineers to develop bioinformatics workflows and contribute to DE/ML projects in Life Sciences. Assist in training machine learning models by preparing and processing data, running experiments and analyzing results. Explore and visualize biological data, identifying data quality issues and potential biases that may impact performance. Investigate model errors and help refine ML workflows based on insights from biological data.
