Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management or hospitality management required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, particularly within the hospitality or property management context.
  • Knowledge of Guesty property management software is required; proficiency in Square and Excel is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages the entire reservation process, ensuring all bookings are completed accurately, with outstanding payments collected, and communication up to date.
  • Proactively address gues-related issues, ensuring the swift and effective resolution of any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the reservation process or stay.
  • Monitor and oversee all reservations-related processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their needs are met leading up to and throughout their stay.
  • Work closely with property managers, accountants, and onsite management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Proficiently use property management software, we use Guesty, to manage reservations, guest information, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor resort spending and collaborate with onsite management to accurately account for all expenses.
