Requirements:
  • At least 10 years business development experience in healthcare staffing, hospital services, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully selling staffing or workforce solutions to hospitals C-suite executives
  • Established relationships with hospitals CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CNOs or CHROs across multiple states
  • Strong understanding of hospitals staffing challenges, workforce management, and healthcare regulations

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand Wayne Staffing's presence in hospital systems nationwide.
  • Leverage existing C-suite relationships to introduce and position Wayne Staffing as a trusted healthcare staffing partner.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure hospital contracts for RN staffing services, both for short-term and long-term assignments.
  • Understand hospital staffing challenges and present customized Wayne Staffing solutions to decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations, structure deals and finalize agreements that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to inform strategy.
