Requirements:
- At least 10 years business development experience in healthcare staffing, hospital services, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully selling staffing or workforce solutions to hospitals C-suite executives
- Established relationships with hospitals CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CNOs or CHROs across multiple states
- Strong understanding of hospitals staffing challenges, workforce management, and healthcare regulations
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and conferences
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand Wayne Staffing's presence in hospital systems nationwide.
- Leverage existing C-suite relationships to introduce and position Wayne Staffing as a trusted healthcare staffing partner.
- Identify, pursue, and secure hospital contracts for RN staffing services, both for short-term and long-term assignments.
- Understand hospital staffing challenges and present customized Wayne Staffing solutions to decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations, structure deals and finalize agreements that align with both client needs and company objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to inform strategy.
