Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency markets, and agile development methodologies. Proficient in using behavioral analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Identify opportunities for new products and enhancements. Lead agile sprints with engineering and design teams. Collaborate with design teams on intuitive user experience. Utilize behavioral analytics to refine product features. Maintain knowledge of crypto market trends and technologies. Oversee QA testing processes. Serve as the key point of contact between stakeholders and project teams. Improve customer retention. Act as a Growth Hacker.
