Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Create Campaigns for Assigned Clients via Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Create Campaigns for Assigned Clients via Google Ads Manager.
  • Optimizing Ad Campaigns Daily
  • Deliver a CPL of under $17 for at least 70% of accounts managed
  • Work with the rest of the digital marketing team to deliver great results to clients
  • Grow your position with the company as the company grows.
  • Create great customer service experiences for all clients
  • Optimize ads daily in Facebook’s Ads Manager. This includes driving ad spend to the best-performing ads and audiences.
  • Keep an accurate client metrics and notes in our Click Up database
  • Clearly communicates any red flags on client accounts to our operations manager
  • Contribute to creating ad strategies and giving 1% improvements to current strategies.
  • Communicate with the operations manager and the rest of our ads team to ensure that we are delivering the best service and results to our clients.
  • Make changes to campaigns in a timely manner as requested by clients.
  • Attend daily All-Hands In Meetings.
  • Attend and assist the team at live events, which will include: Pre-planning meetings, event setup, event rehearsals, member support during the event, back of the rooms sales/support, event breakdown, and post-event debrief meetings.
  • Responsible for negotiating and purchasing advertising space and time to reach target audiences effectively
  • Develop media buying strategies, analyze options, optimize budgets, monitor ad performance, and report to clients.
  • Participates in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns
  • Ensure that ads reach the intended audience through the right channels at optimal prices
  • Develops and maintains media partner relationships
  • Analyzing campaign and audience data to optimize media buying strategies
  • Ensuring that the paid advertising and campaigns businesses reach their target
  • Will track and measure the performance of campaigns and develop strategies to optimize marketing spend
  • Determine how well an ad campaign did by looking at data like reach, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Help clients reach their target audience by researching market trends, buying habits, demographics, and media usage
