Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies to drive gmv growth for clients.
  • Lead and build a high-performing team of brand managers that will handle shop management/set up, affiliate relationships, content quality control, growth strategies, and media buying.
  • Manage client relationships and affiliate/content creator campaigns across TikTok, ensuring we consistently deliver the highest quality content for our clients while maintaining healthy volume.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for major CPG clients.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of performance data to continuously refine and enhance retail media strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously explore new digital channels and tools to drive in-store sales.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of media buyers, strategists, and analysts.
