Responsibilities:
- Elevate our employer brand, delivering a world-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and values, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our positive reputation
- Expertly manage interview logistics by scheduling and rescheduling 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and final round interviews for candidates with hiring managers and the executive team, optimizing calendars and minimizing delays
- Facilitate the administration and tracking of skills assessments for candidates, ensuring timely completion and providing support to candidates and hiring managers as needed
- Collect detailed interview feedback and drive timely follow-ups with hiring managers as needed
- Ensure hiring managers have appropriate access levels within hiring software(s), complete required certifications before participating in the hiring process, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
- General project management including tracking interview schedules, feedback, and results
- Manage the Power Digital’s employee referral process
- Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Leverage AI capabilities to streamline processes and achieve tangible, goal-oriented outcomes
- Provide ad hoc support and reporting as requested by Recruiter, HR, VPs and the Executive Team
