Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and scheduling of all art production tasks from initiation through post-deployment, ensuring alignment with medium- and long-term project goals and deadlines.
  • Work closely with art leads to monitor staffing needs, budgets, and timelines, promoting resource efficiency and prioritizing tasks across all project phases.
  • Utilize automation, scripts, and Jira to streamline tracking and reporting processes.
  • Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays within the art production pipeline, collaborating with the team to troubleshoot, adjust plans, and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior management and art leads to develop and maintain medium- to long-term vision planning, staffing strategies, and roadmaps for the art department.
  • Partner with art leads to evaluate future project scope, break down design requirements, and identify cross-discipline dependencies and technical needs.
  • Establish and implement efficient production frameworks and processes to meet leadership goals and support TGC’s signature creativity.
  • Work closely with the creative director and art leads to ensure art assets meet quality standards and production timelines.
  • Advocate for the art team’s needs by providing management with solutions that balance creative quality and project goals. Represent the art team’s interests in meetings and discussions.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the art team, design, production, and external partners, fostering a positive and cooperative environment.
  • Emphasize continuous learning and growth through retrospectives; gather and share feedback from the art team with other disciplines, promoting open communication and ongoing improvement.
