Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance, accounting, and billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Prepare and manage budgets, generate comprehensive financial reports, and analyze financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare finance standards, Medi-Cal claim requirements, and nonprofit financial regulations while continuously identifying areas for process optimization.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and fostering professional development in a remote work environment.
- Work with case managers, program directors, and other stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational goals and improve overall operational effectiveness.
