Requirements:
- 2-5 years proven experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Employer of Record services, Global Payroll , HRIS
- Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical bent of mind
- Strong research, problem-solving and process development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their workforce and employment needs
- Design comprehensive multi-product solutions that align with client requirements and compliance standards
- Guide on compliance issues and work with clients to mitigate risks
- Present and communicate EOR and/or global payroll solutions effectively, addressing client concerns and questions
- Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of EOR and/or global payroll solutions
- Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on EOR and global payroll processes, compliance, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the EOR and global payroll services framework
