Requirements:
  • 7 to 10 years experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships, preferably with health plans, MLTCs and MCOs.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with C-suite executives at health plans
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with health plans, including Managed Long-Term Care Plans (MLTCs), Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and Medicare Advantage Plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within health plans
  • Serve as primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring long term partnerships and revenue growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to customize CCMI's services to meet the unique needs of each health plan
  • Drive negotiations, contract finalizations, and service implementation in collaboration with the operations and legal teams
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes affecting health plans
  • Represent CCMI at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
