Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in stormwater infrastructure, drainage construction, or wet utility projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
• Valid driver's license, good driving history, and reliable transportation are required.
• Experience with Deltek Vantage Point is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scope of work reviews with construction crews on approved stormwater construction projects.
• Oversee, mentor, and manage several small construction crews.
• Schedule crews, materials, vendors, and equipment for the execution of stormwater construction projects.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the Regional Construction Manager.
• Ensure work quality, project timelines, performance, and budgets meet expectation.
• Ensure the project tracking programs are regularly updated in real time.
• Assist in reviewing work completion reports.
• Actively develop your own career growth.
