Requirements:
  • An impactful track record as a Senior, Lead, Group or Staff Product Manager in B2B or SaaS product companies
  • Salesforce CPQ & Billing expertise with deep experience configuring and optimizing Salesforce CPQ and Billing for pricing, quoting, invoicing, and subscription workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with Payment & Financial Systems Integration, and strong knowledge of integrating Stripe and other payment processors into CRM and financial workflows for seamless transactions and reconciliation.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations & Order-to-Cash, with a strong background in order-to-cash workflows, financial reporting, and revenue operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in business processes.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Security Awareness, with familiarity in AWS infrastructure, security best practices (IAM, encryption), compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2), and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry) to support system reliability and security initiatives.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex technical concepts through simple storytelling
  • Core values of deep collaboration and working in cross functional teams
  • Ability to build alignment with opinionated stakeholders and executives easily
  • Understanding of how to strike a balance between customer needs and revenue goals
  • Big picture perspective, but also ability to zoom in with attention to detail
  • An ownership mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce solutions, aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Support the Platform and Infrastructure team to bolster availability, reliability, compliance, and security across our cloud environment.
  • Rally and align counterparts, cross-functional team, stakeholders, leaders and executives
  • Execute on the roadmap through discovery and delivery while continuously balancing customer and business needs
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and product marketing peers and shape, iterate, and deliver business and customer driven outcomes
  • Make key decisions that impact the future of the product and company
  • Influence strategy and roadmap of other teams
  • Engage with high profile customers and technology partners
  • Stay ahead of regulatory compliance in commerce space
  • Contribute to the product culture, mentor others and advocate for best practices
