Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the blockchain industry with a marketing and/or an ecosystem growth related role.
• Track record building and executing successful web3 GTM strategies.
• You are crypto native, with a meaningful understanding of crypto concepts, technical overviews, culture, and industry segments.
• Understand what crypto native users like with regard to content, trends, and other emerging verticals.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, and familiar with web3 communication styles (e.g. using TG, crypto vernacular, etc.)
• You are autonomous and self-motivated, and are proactive in pursuing opportunities.
• You are multilingual with professional fluency in English and another APAC-based language.

Responsibilities:

• Help inform and execute on Monad’s growth strategy, specifically in the APAC region.
• Brainstorm and execute creative go-to-market strategies for prominent ecosystem projects.
• Create up-to-trend initiatives and campaigns for the ecosystem projects to ensure their products are marketed to the fullest extent.
• Consult and advise on the marketing strategy of ecosystem projects, especially in the language of web3 culture.
• Work with and alongside cross-functional teams including Business Development, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with a range of counterparties, builders, investors, exchanges, infrastructure providers to promote the growth of the Monad ecosystem.
