You will solve market structure problems within the Monad ecosystem. This includes identifying issues across the trading landscape and proactively uncovering new opportunities. Our focus is on optimizing Ethereum by building a new EVM from the ground up. We utilize a pipelined architecture, including MonadBFT consensus and RaptorCast for block propagation. You will work with asynchronous execution and optimistic parallel EVM with conflict detection. Our specialized MonadDB state storage engine makes our technical approach distinctive. You will analyze venues, assets, and market participants. This work requires strong quantitative thinking and sharp intuition about market behavior. You will develop data-driven views on ecosystem dynamics to inform critical decisions. You will implement and own analytical workflows end-to-end, from exploration to production-grade outputs.
