Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX designer and/or Engineerwith experience in SaaS and Medical Devices.
• Demonstrated experience designing Data- and image-heavy applications, displaying complex medical information in a clear and usable way.
• Experience with Medical Device and AIML UX: This is not the typical consumer website, but a specialised tool used to support healthcare professionals in diagnosing patients.
• ISO 62366 or equivalent: Experience in designing and conducting formal usability tests to ensure information is clear, usable, and not prone to misinterpretation that could harm patients.
• Proficiency in wire-framing, prototyping, and design methodologies with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX work.
• Ability to identify, prioritise, and address user needs and pain points effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital health products.
• Collaborative Creation: Work closely with product managers and engineers to incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
• Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to continually refine our products.
• Visual Storytelling: Create clear, compelling visual designs that enhance user experience.
• Accessibility Focus: Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive to a diverse user base.
• Feedback Integration: Regularly seek and integrate team and user feedback to enhance design elements.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and develop the visual and brand identity of our products.
