Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of business development experience in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a strong background in blockchain, exchanges, market making, and liquidity management
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, increasing trading volume, and securing partnerships in the crypto industry
  • Deep understanding of global cryptocurrency markets, regulations, and trends
  • Experience in managing affiliate programs and driving performance through various channels
  • Strong network of contacts within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global business development strategies to drive user acquisition, trading volume, and revenue growth
  • Identify and secure partnerships with market makers, payment gateway providers, and affiliates in key regions
  • Manage and grow a network of crypto trading communities and influencers to drive user signups and first-time deposits
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns for different regions
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the crypto space
  • Represent Freedx at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish key relationships
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain networks, and DeFi protocols to create new revenue streams and expand service offerings
  • Develop and implement collaborative initiatives with market makers, payment providers, and educational platforms to drive user acquisition and increase platform liquidity
