Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on the Latin American market.
- Experience recruiting in the Healthcare space preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique aspects of the LATAM region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to the LATAM market.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles and levels.
- Utilize social media, job boards, networking events, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations based on local trends and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure an engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Manage communication and follow-ups with both active and passive candidates.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
